Xóm Cypher is a non-profit grassroots platform dedicated to building a safe, consistent, and transparent playground for Vietnam's Hip Hop community—starting from the ground up with Breaking.
Our Vision
Tầm Nhìn
To build a self-sustaining, nationwide network of grassroots Hip Hop sanctuaries—anchored by 10 parallel, low-cost practice spots across Vietnam's major hubs (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Can Tho, Vung Tau, and Dien Bien Phu). By providing accessible playgrounds, structured local roadmaps, and pathways to major competitions, we aim to empower B-boys and B-girls to build sustainable lives through dance, steering youth away from negative influences and into a thriving, supportive community.
Xây dựng một mạng lưới tự vận hành gồm các "trú ẩn" Hip Hop phong trào trên toàn quốc—nền tảng là 10 điểm tập luyện song song, chi phí tối ưu tại các thành phố lớn. Bằng cách tạo ra những sân chơi dễ tiếp cận, lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng và cơ hội cọ xát tại các giải đấu lớn, chúng tôi định hướng giúp các b-boy/b-girl sống được với đam mê.

We keep it real, on and off the floor. For Xóm Cypher, integrity means total financial transparency, unbiased judging, and zero tolerance for gossip or assumptions. We don't talk behind our backs; if there's a conflict, we solve it the true B-Boy/B-Girl way—we settle it in a battle, on the floor.

The main cost of our landmark grassroots event goes toward our practice session. We prove that high-impact culture doesn't need high-end budgets—it needs heart, hustle, and the hood. Every penny is used in a worthwhile and transparent way, because good quality comes at a reasonable cost.
